I ordered more than one item. Will they arrive together?

Usually, yes. If your order is shipped separately, you'll receive tracking details for each shipment.

Can I exchange an item for another size?

Yes, where size exchanges are available and your preferred size is in stock.

What condition should a returned item be in?

Items should be unworn, unused and returned with their original tags and packaging, where applicable.
